Our Beers and Merchandise
We offer a variety of beers for you to choose. We usually have twelve beers on tap, plus seasonals that vary with the time of year and whatever strikes our creative fancy. There's a beer for everyone! We also have T-shirts, ball caps, logo glasses, logo stickers, quart and half-gallon growlers to go, logo growler coozies, and gift certificates.

If you're coming a long distance, please call 870-448-2077 ahead of your visit - we may have run out of the beer you wanted. Remember, they're small batches of beer! And if you find one you really like, let people know on Untappd.com, the social beer site.

What's On Tap at Gravity?

BelHopTM Belgian IPA
A Belgian-influenced India pale ale. Heavily hopped with a hint of funkiness, this is a hybrid of two distinct beer styles and has a lovely hop nose and finish.

Brown-Eyed Girl
A medium-bodied brown ale, not overly hoppy. A very accessible and drinkable brew, between our amber and our porter. Currently the brown ale is one of our most popular beers.

CelestialeTM
This beer is somewhere between a pale ale and an India pale ale, with a lovely grapefruit nose from dry-hopping in the keg. Celestial indeed.

Coco Chan-Ale Chocolate Brown
Given one of our brewers' love for all things chocolate, it was probably inevitable that we would try a beer made with chocolate. We chose to make this for our "100's" batches of beer... and for Valentine's Day. Don't think sweet; think chocolate flavor, because this beer has three kinds of chocolate. Add in a touch of honey, and you've got a great dessert beer.

"Cur" Blended Ales
The "Cur" beers are blends of our various beers; "one-off" beers that won't be repeated, thus the "cur" designation (so-called by one of our patrons). Each one is different, because the proportions of the beers in the mix vary from keg to keg. You'll just have to stop in and try one.

Hot Coco Spiced Chocolate Brown Ale
After a few samples and trials, we spiced a keg of our fabulous Coco Chan-Ale with cinnamon and two kinds of chiles. It makes for a warm-down-to-your-belly sort of beer.

Irish Upon A Star Oatmeal Stout
Brewed in honor of St. Patrick's Day, this is a thick, rich, malty oatmeal stout made with Irish yeast. and sometimes aged on oak chips or bourbon barrels. It has enough oats that you could have it for breakfast. Okay, say the name with us.

Kölsch From the Cold
A light and refreshing German-style brew made with pilsner malt and specialty Kölsch-style yeast. Something of a hybrid, it's an ale fermented at lager temperatures. Thanks to Fredericka for giving us the correct pronunciation!

May the Schwarzbier With You
We designed our Schwarzbier with lots of German malts for authentic flavor and debittered black malt for that black lager color. We finished it with more classic hops, ending up with a smooth and very accessible lager.
Nepthys Hefeweizen
Our first attempt at a hefeweizen beer. Hefeweizen is a pale, spicy, fruity, refreshing wheat-based ale, marked by banana and clove flavors. Because of the wheat and yeast, this beer is hazy with a fluffy head. Our version is named for the Egyptian goddess of brewing (one of her many duties).
Oat of Sight Oat of Mind Scottish Ale
We got some oat malt and thought immediately of using it in a Scottish ale. The oat malt is large and mostly husk, but made a smooth brew. In keeping with tradition, this beer is light on hops and heavy on the maltiness. And yes, we've had great fun with saying the name of this beer.
Saison Brune
Our newest saison - French for "brown saison" - uses yeast isolated from a variety of cacao thought to be extinct, but rediscovered in Peru in 2007. The fruity, spicy, and wild-like characteristics of this strain make it an ideal choice for saison-style beers. We built a basic grist bill with some BruMalt and caramel brown grains to highlight the yeast.

Beers We Make:

Abbey Normal Belgian Stout
This is a beer we'd talked about making and finally did it. Abbey Normal is made with Belgian yeast, which gives it character - a little fruity and spicy, along with a different malt bill than our regular stout.
Alter Ego German Ale
Altbier is a German style brown ale. The word "alt" means "old" in German. Our version of this ale is on the fruity side, pretty smooth and accessible. While the traditional color ranges from amber to dark brown, ours is more reddish in color, medium in carbonation and more malty.
Au NaturAle AmberTM
Welcome to our updated version of amber! Our Mostly Organic Amber was called that because one of its malts wasn't organic. We've gotten some organic malt so our Amber is now called Au NaturAle Amber. It's still smooth, still an excellent amber, and all organic.

BeeBop Honey Porter
We decided to brew a "throwback" beer in honor of our anniversary! In the style of a robust porter, this beer is brewed with caramelized local Stone County honey from Big Creek Honey Farm. It's a "smaller" porter than our Humble Beginnings with a toffee note in the finish. BeeBop A Lula!

Bindian Brown Ale
What would happen if we doubled the hops in our brown ale, we wondered. No sooner spoken than done! Bindian Brown is smooth, with caramel notes and a distinct hoppiness from both the doubled hops and dry hopping.
Blackberry Summer
We got a few pounds of dead-ripe blackberries from McCrory, and decided to try them in our Summertime Brew.  The result is rich in blackberry flavor along with the smooth Summertime brew. The name...well, that was kind of obvious.

Black Magic IPA
This is our collaboration beer made with our friend and fellow homebrewer Jerry, who chose a black IPA style for our combined brew. It turned out rather pale-ale-like, but not pale at all - rather stout-colored, smooth and dark with a roasty note and a hit of hops.

Blacker 'N Ale Stout
This is another of Bill's recipes from the vault. He calls it the blackest, roastiest stout ever, with a generous amount of hops for a really intense ale. Sometimes we age this beer on oak chips. Opaque and with a brown head, this beer is not for the faint of heart.
Blacker Shade of AleTM Stout
Another one of our long time recipes! Roastier than our porter, this stout is more in the "west coast" style. Coffee notes and big body make this a "sipping" kind of beer.
Blueberry Kölsch
While in Minnesota, we tried a blueberry Kölsch and brought some back for the Gravity Brew Crew. Assistant Mitch really liked it and thought we should try a version, especially since local blueberries were ripe. The result is a darker version of our Kölsch, with a fruity nose and flavor. Don't wait to try this one - it's going to fly out of here!
Bock-N-Ale-Ya
As part of our lager rotation, our bock is in the traditional bock style, using German noble hops. It's smooth, ruby red-brown, and malty with a little hop kick.
Bohemian Rhapsody Pilsner
Our first pilsner is in the Bohemian/Czech style, featuring rich floor-malted barley malt and spicy noble Saaz hops. Lagers work for a while in the fermenter, so this beer falls clear naturally, with a clean fresh taste.
Bourbon Barrel Abbey Normal Belgian Stout
After brewing several batches of Abbey normal, we aged some in bourbon barrels. Abbey Normal is made with Belgian yeast, giving it a fruity, spicy character, and the bourbon barrel rounds out the flavor.
Bourbon Barrel Blacker 'N Ale Stout
We have been acquiring bourbon barrels for our darker beers, and we immediately decided to put out Blacker 'N Ale Stout into one of the barrels. It has a hint of bourbon, along with its intense character, and is really smooth, opaque and roasty...not for the faint of heart!
Bourbon Barrel Humble Beginnings Porter
A nearly opaque dark beer, thick and rich and malty. This was the first beer we made in the original brewery, adjusted it for our bigger brew system, and aged in bourbon barrels for that oaky, smooth vanilla note.
Bourbon Barrel Irish Upon A Star Oatmeal Stout
This is a thick, rich, malty oatmeal stout made with Irish yeast. and aged on oak chips It has enough oats that you could have it for breakfast. We aged part of the batch in Rocktown sour mash barrels for an added tart nuance to the beer.

Bourbon Barrel Kilt Me Softly Scottish Ale
Traditionally Scottish ales limited the use of hops, because hops had to be imported from England. Our Scottish ale is brown and malty with fewer hops, more in that traditional Scottish style. And since Scottish ales pair well with bourbon barrels, we aged some Kilt in a Rock Town Bourbon barrel.

Bourbon Barrel Oat of Sight Oat of Mind Scottish Ale
We got some oat malt and thought immediately of using it in a Scottish ale. The oat malt is large and is mostly husk, but it made a smooth medium brown brew. After al that, we aged it in bourbon barrels. In keeping with tradition, this beer is light on hops and heavy on the maltiness, with a definite bourbon finish. And yes, we've had great fun with saying the name of this beer.

Brahma Fear India Pale Ale
One of our original recipes from way back when. Brahma Fear is a full-bodied IPA, with citrusy hop flavors and a touch of wheat, along with a grapefruit aroma.

Bramble On Blackberry Cider
Our first cider, made in honor of our ninth anniversary, was such a hit that we made another one. Since we're still refining the recipe, it's a very small batch! We loaded it up with blackberry puree from McCrory, AR and carbonated it a bit more this time.
Cleveland Brown Oatmeal Ale
One of our newest beers, our Cleveland Brown is an oatmeal brown, malty and not too heavy on the hops. Smooth and drinkable, it's (obviously) named for the hometown team of the head brewers.
Comet Tale Belgian Pale Ale
We decided to experiment with another pale ale; this version features German Mandarina Bavaria hops, along with a pale gold color and fresh citrus and tangerine aromas.
Dank Ryeder Ale
We got together with a couple of our staff members, one of whom is a hemp grower, and tried our hand at making another hemp beer. This time we used our Red Ryeder Ale as the base. This brew has the earthiness of the base brew, with added dank flavor profile from the hemp.
Dortmundays Lager
Our first Dortmunder style beer is a pro-am collaboration with Justin Criddle and CJ Richards of Central Arkansas Fermenters. Dortmunder is a German-style, relatively light-bodied lager, with a bit more body than our Kolsch but not as hoppy as our pilsner. And while this batch has only 4.7% ABV, it tastes great and is refreshing. Prosit!
Easy Come Easy Gose/Lime’s Up Gose
Gose (GO-sa) is a pale, tart beer, featuring salt and coriander. These beers began as a collaboration between Gravity owner/brewers Bill Riffle/Tony Guinn and CAF members John Matejka/Melissa English. John’s is the straight-up version; Melissa’s version adds lime and orange.
Eight Misbehavin' Oktoberfest
The first time we brewed this beer, we made it as an ale. Now that we're making lagers, we brewed our Oktoberfest as a lager. It's still smooth and malty, a little on the sweeter side, and a beautiful amber color - a great brew for the crisp fall weather.
Falling Star Extra Special Bitter
A bumped-up beer, which is what makes it extra special. It's also not so very bitter; the "extra special" refers to extra malted grain and hops, as compared to an "ordinary" bitter.
Flandemonium Flanders Red Ale
Flanders Red ale is sometimes called the “Burgundy of Belgium”; it’s tart, reddish brown in color, and has a cherry aroma. Ours was aged in Rocky Mountain red wine oak barrels for 2 years and packs a wallop at 8%.
Grapefruit Juicyfruit IPA
Because we really like the grapefruit/citrus notes in IPA, and so many of our patrons mention it, we decided to brew a seriously grapefruit IPA. We began with an IPA-style base, using the most citrusy hops we had and added real grapefruit puree, peel, and pulp. This brew has an awesome nose and of course is  as "grapefruity" as it can be!

Guinnevere Strong Golden Ale
This is our shot at a classic style - Belgian strong golden ale, also called Belgian golden, golden strong and probably a few others. It's paler than our usual brews, with a deceptive light flavor and a spicy, peppery finish.

Helter Spelter Ale
We decided to make a beer using spelt malt, an ancient form of wheat, along with other grains. We also tried a type of farmhouse-style yeast and ended with a golden beer with a fruity taste and a touch of farmhouse funk.
Hempnotic Amber Ale
We got together with a couple of our staff members, one of whom is a hemp grower, and tried our hand at making a hemp beer. We chose our Au NaturAle Amber as the base, and decided to release it on Earth Day. It's still smooth, still organic, with an added flavor profile from the hemp.

High Striker Strong Ale
Strong ales are medium to full bodied, with a malty sweetness and range in color from light amber to mid-range brown. Ours is rich with caramel notes and complex character - definite bitterness but not too hoppy.

Holiday Hazelnut Brown Ale
We brewed a 2 barrel batch of a brown ale, and we flavored half with the warm spices for our Magic Dust Xmas Ale. The other half we split into two half-barrels, and flavored one half with hazelnut.

Hop DropTM Zythos Single Hop India Pale Ale
Zythos is actually a newer proprietary hop blend, featuring distinct tropical pineapple and citrus tones, with slight pine characteristics…come try it and see what you think.

Hop DropTM Falconers Flight Single Hop India Pale Ale
Boy, that title is a mouthful - and so is this IPA. This is the second in our Hop Drop series, featuring Falconers Flight hop blend. Homebrewer Glen Falconer created this distinct mix of aroma and bittering hops, perfect for a Northwest-style IPA.

Hop Drop Ahtanum Single Hop IPA
This is the third of our Hop Drop series, and this one features Ahtanum (Ah-TAHN-um) hops. Named for the place near where hops were first grown, Ahtanum is known for its citrusy floral aroma and mellow bittering qualities. Come try it out!

Hop Drop 5256 Single Hop India Pale Ale
This is the fourth in our Hop Drop series, using an experimental hop variety. It has a light citrus flavor, and some say it also has piney, minty fruity and strong herbal flavors. Intriguing description...come taste this one.

Hop Drop Falconers Flight 7 C's Single Hop IPA
This is the fifth in our Hop Drop series. 7 C's is a blend of seven "C" hops and additional experimental varieties. This blend has strong fruit and citrus characteristics, with layers of spicy and earthy overtones. Not quite as hop-forward as 5256 but very tasty.

Hop Drop Calypso Single Hop IPA
This is the sixth in our Hop Drop series. Calypso hops are noted for their fruity character, with notes of pear, apple, tropical fruit and even mint! With all that, we knew we had to try it in Hop Drop IPA. Carmen Miranda, here we come!

Hop Drop Sorachi Ace Single Hop IPA
The seventh in our Hop Drop series of IPAs. Sorachi Ace was developed for Sapporo Brewing for their beers. It's described as having a lemon and dill flavor (!). Tina, our local herbalist, says it's "very herbal". Intrigued yet? Come try it out.

Hop Drop Bravo IPA
Bravo is one of the newer hop varieties, described as "pleasantly floral and fruity". This is number 8 in our Hop Drop series. We used Bravo in one of our other beers and decided to try  it in the single hop series. Come try it out!
Hop Drop Mosaic Single Hop IPA
Number 9 in our Hop Drop series, Mosaic is one of the new darlings of the hop world. It's described as having complex flavors highlighted by pine and fruit. This translates into it being used in many styles of beer, including ours!
Hop Drop Simcoe IPA
Number ten in our single hop series, Simcoe is described as being similar to Cascade but with more citrus and a pine note. This is the hop behind many larger craft brew favorites, and once we opened the packaging we knew it was our next Hop Drop.
Hop Drop El Dorado
Crank it up to eleven! Our eleventh in the Hop Drop series features El Dorado hops. This is one of the new hop varieties, and like many of the new hops it features a fruity aroma and flavor along with a good dose of bitterness.
Hop Drop Summit
Number 12 in our Hop Drop series. We chose Summit hops because of the intriguing description - it's mainly used as a bittering hop, but has earthy aromatic characteristics and subtle hints of citrus. The high bitterness should make all our hopheads happy.
Hop Drop Citra IPA
Unlucky number 13? NOT! We brewed our IPA with this recently introduced aromatic hop variety. Its aroma is described as grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit and lychee. Citra also has a medium to medium-high hop bitterness. We're pretty thrilled about this one.
Hop Drop 727
Number 14 in the Hop Drop series. We got some of the experimental hop #07270, which is described by one source as dank and resinous, peppery and pungent. We definitely got the pepper notes! Anyway, this brew promises to be something different from other Hop Drops...come taste for yourself.
Hop Drop Denali IPA
Number 15 in our Hop Drop Series! Denali is a new hop variety bred from an experimental hop and two older varieties. It has a serious citrus aroma with pineapple and pine notes too. Having seen Denali, we couldn't wait to try these hops in a beer!
Hop Drop Ekuanot
Sweet sixteen in our single hopped IPA series, Ekuanot (say "EK-wa-not") is a newer hop classified as an aroma hop. It has more of that tropical fruity aroma and flavor, but that's not all - it also carries a nice hop bitterness. Can't wait to try this one!
Hop Drop Azacca
Number 17 in our Hop Drop Series. Azacca is a newer hop with big citrus and tropical fruit tones and excellent aromatic qualities. Azacca is named for the Haitian god of agriculture.
Hop Drop Comet
Number 18 in our Hop Drop series! Comet is a fruity, citrusy hop with a wild, dank note. It has lately been used in IPAs, so we thought it would be great to use in our Hop Drop...and it is!
Hop Drop Sabro
Number 19 in our Hop Drop single hop IPA series. Sabro is a newer hop variety, an aroma hop noted for its fruity and citrus flavors, along with coconut and herbal notes. Sabro’s pedigree is the result of a unique cross pollination of a female wild North American hop. We loved it when we first tried it a few years ago.
Hop Drop Motueka
Number 20 in our ongoing Hop Drop series. Motueka is a New Zealand bred hop, described as sweet and resinous with zingy citrus and fresh herbal notes (basil, rosemary) and hints of dried orchard fruits. It mases for a "fruit salad" type IPA.

Hoppy Together India Red Ale
This version is double dry-hopped and more red in color than a regular India pale ale. Created just for us hopheads with a huge infusion of hops - because we're hoppy together, bah-bah-bah-bah!

Hopsy Turvy Hazy IPA
This is our shot at a technique called "hop bursting", where high-alpha hops are all added near the end of the boil. This version has several different hops in that short boil. This IPA is made in the New England style, with less caramel malt and dry-hopped for that big hop aroma.

How Now Stout Cow Milk Stout
We joined Theron Cash of Stone's Throw Brewing in Little Rock for a collaboration brew, and we chose to make a milk stout. It's dark, with some roasty notes, along with smoothness and a 6.5% kick...outstanding in its field!

Humble Beginnings Porter
A nearly opaque dark beer, thick and rich and malty. This was the first beer we made in the original brewery, and now we've adjusted it for the bigger brew system.

It's Xmas Charlie Brown
We brewed a 2 barrel batch of a brown ale, and we flavored half with the warm spices for our Magic Dust Xmas Ale. The other half we left unadorned and gave it a name - It's Xmas Charlie Brown is the basic brown ale, no spices, but a rich brown with a 6% wallop.
Lights Out Black IPA
Another collaboration brew! This one was made with homebrewers Kyle and Amy, who chose to brew a black IPA with us. It turned out pretty smooth, dark and hoppy - a winning combination, yes?

Lyle My Guitar Gently Weeps IPA (Lyle# 20)
Our friend and homebrewing partner Marion devised this recipe, which we modified for the brewery. Copper-colored with a smooth mouthfeel, this IPA has been dry-hopped, and primed with Lyle's Golden Syrup. This is the 20th in the Lyle series, and as for the name...guess you had to be there.

Mad Dogs and Englishman Imperial Stout
Brewed as part of the Central Arkansas Fermenters’ Pro-Am series, this beer is a collaboration between CAF’s Brian English and Gravity’s Bill Riffle. It turned out pretty big and malty, about perfect for “the noonday sun”.
Magic Dust Xmas Ale
Originally brewed in
a small (for us, anyway) batch, Magic Dust features several "warm" spices and fruit in a brown ale base, and this year's version clocks in at 6.3%. So enjoy while you can - after all, Xmas comes but once a year!
Marsupiale
Marsupiale is made from two kinds of Australian malt, Australian hops, and Australian yeast. Guess we needed to go down under and get water, too. Named for the distinctive Down Under wildlife  (and a favorite cartoon character) this is a brown beer with balanced fruity citrus, melon and light apricot tones.

Michelle My Belgian Pale Ale
After the popularity of our Guinnevere, we've worked up a pale ale brewed with lots of two-row malt and fermented with a Belgian ale yeast. It's got a spicy hoppy bite and a dark gold color.

Mostly Organic Amber Ale
An easy-to-drink amber ale, medium hopped, medium bodied beer. The organic grain used in this beer is malted the old-fashioned way - dragging a rake through the grain on the malting floor.

Naked Scotsman Scottish Ale
We tried a grain called naked oats – because it has no outer coat, or husk. Naturally, we had to use it in a Scottish ale. The naked oats are a pale golden color; and in keeping with Scottish ale tradition, this beer is light on hops and heavy on the maltiness.
Nightfall India Black Ale
After two homebrewer friends decided to make black IPA as their collaboration brew, we thought it was time to brew up our own version. Dark, of course; a hint of roastiness, yes; hoppy - well, it is an IPA!
No Bel IPA
We brewed this beer back in our homebrew days, then used the same recipe with a Belgian Yeast for our BelHop (get the name?). No Bel is a basic India pale ale, with a lovely hop nose and finish.
Oaked Abbey Normal Belgian Stout
After making several batches of our Belgian stout, we decided to amp it up a bit with the addition of oak chips.  Oaked Abbey Normal has an added layer of vanilla and roundness to the beer's fruity, spicy notes.

Oaked BeeBop Honey Porter
In the style of a robust porter, this beer is brewed with caramelized Local Stone County honey from Big Creek Honey Farm. We aged it with oak chunks to add a touch of vanilla along with its toffee notes. Honey, vanilla, toffee...yum!

Oaked Blacker Shade of Ale
Roastier than our porter, this stout is more in the "west coast" style. Coffee notes and big body make this a "sipping" beer; the vanilla notes from the oak add a tasty nuance to our stout.

Oaked Humble Beginnings Porter
A nearly opaque dark beer, thick and rich and malty. This was the first beer we made in the original brewery, and now we've adjusted it for the bigger brew system. We added oak for that subtle vanilla note.
Of Kolsch I Did!

A golden and refreshing German-style brew made with specialty Cologne mslt and kolsch-style yeast. Something of a hybrid, it's an ale fermented at lager temperatures.
Over The Moon Imperial IPA
Our 700th batch! Our imperial IPA is really smooth, bittered with a lot of different hops, and pretty tasty, if we say so ourselves. This one came in at 9% abv with a lush mouthfeel.
Razzle Dazzle Porter
Another recipe from the vault! We originally brewed this recipe because we wanted to try out the one barrel fermenters. It's a porter with a hint of chocolate in the malt and a dose of raspberry flavor. Don't think sweet, think tart!
Red Ryeder Ale
We were intrigued by rye! Our rye ale begins with a good malt bill for the base, and we added more of the noble-type hops to add earthy notes to our spicy red. This brew is named from a scene in one of our fave movies, and the Daisy Red Ryder - made here in Arkansas, of course!
Revenge Ryecycle Red Ale
We made this beer to celebrate the Syllamo's Revenge Bike Challenge, held just up the road from us on the Syllamo Bike Trails. Ryecycle is big-bodied from all the rye, but easy on the hops. Revenge on wimpy beers, indeed.
Rock-A-Billy Imperial Red
Imperial red ale is one of our favorite styles of beer, and one we had been planning on making for a while. It's rich with malt and caramel, offers a big mouthfeel, and bittered with a variety of hops...and checks in at 9%!
Saison Houblon
Saison is an extremely variable style of French and Belgian "farmhouse" beers, so-called because they were meant to be consumed on the farm - a simple country beer brewed out of necessity. This saison is pale with quite the amount of hops, thus the name – “houblon” is French for “hops”.
Shining Star Imperial Pilsner
Our newest beer is the winner from this year's Central Arkansas Fermenters judging. John Matejka brewed the winning beer, so we worked together with him on this brew. We brewed half with Bohemian lager yeast and half with German lager yeast. It's smooth, pale, easy to drink - and nearly 8% ABV.
Skippin' Stones Session IPA
While many of our beers might fall under the "session beer" category, we wanted to try our hand at making a specific session beer. Our SIPA is well-hopped with three varieties but nicely balanced with a full mouthfeel. Just the sort of beer to skip stones and sip.
Snow Queen Coffee Stout
Our brew apprentice Ashley’s first "co-authored” beer is a stout with a big dose of coffee added to the kegs – two kinds of ground coffee and cracked coffee beans. It’s dark, rich, and may make you do the java jive, whatever that is!
Snow Queen Mint Chocolate Coffee Stout
Our apprentice brewer Ashley was eager to make a stout, and we had been discussing coffee brews. So we concocted this recipe featuring coffee, mint, and a touch of chocolate for a beer that's been described as tasting "just like a Junior Mint".
Sojourner Double Oatmeal Stout
Our newest stout was inspired by Weathered Souls Brewing’s Black is Beautiful Stout and our imperial stout collab with CAF’s Brian English. We came up with a big smooth malty stout enriched by a hefty dose of oatmeal, and clocking in at 8%. Perfect for your sojourn.
Sourflower Sour IPA
Our first sour IPA! After a trip to Colorado where everyone was doing sour IPAs, we had to try our hand at one. It's light in color and clocks in at 5.4% ABV, but it's definitely an IPA and definitely a juicy sour. It took us a while to come up with the name but it describes the brew very well.
Sour to the People
Our first sour was made in honor of our 5th anniversary. We soured the mash with a variety of souring agents, and lightly hopped the result. It turned out golden, mostly malty with a definite tang - but not too much!
Summertime Brew
Wanting to brew something for the summer months, we developed this lighter recipe, perfect for hot weather. It's a pale session-type ale bittered with noble hops. Ain't no cure for the Summertime Brew!
Tartan Kilt Me Softly Scottish Ale
Traditionally Scottish ales limited the use of hops, because hops had to be imported from England. This version of our Scottish ale is brown and malty with fewer hops, more in that traditional Scottish style; aged in a bourbon barrel; and kicked up with a dose of souring agents for that "tart" note.

Time of the Saison
Saison is an extremely variable style of French and Belgian "farmhouse" beers, so-called because they were meant to be consumed on the farm - a simple country beer brewed out of necessity. Our saison is pale with a fair amount of hops, and a funky, spicy finish.

Wham Bam Hazy IPA
After the success of our IPAs with shorter boil times, we wanted to try one with a five minute hopping. All the hops are continuously added in the last five minutes of boiling. This made a rather aromatic beer with less bitterness. Thank you, ma'am!

You'll Shoot Your Rye Out IPA
Our first rye IPA has a good malt background, with spicy notes from the rye and a big dose of high alpha hops. Maybe not as striking as a leg lamp. but in much better taste.

Zingibeer Amber
We love ginger and decided it was time to add a touch of Zingiber officinale to our Au NaturAle Amber. Thanks to our friend, herbalist Susan Belsinger, for helping us with the naming of this brew.
